This marketing CGI was produced for a property developer in Cheshire's golden triangle - a mansion fit for a footballer or a soap star; this architectural visualisation acted as virtual photography. It featured on the website and within the estate agents brochure helping to market the new build before the completion of construction.

This architectural visualisation looks great, many of the different elements in producing a great image come together in this shot. The composition, the lighting and the quality of textures used. These all contribute to making a CGI fit for any property marketing campaign.

A moody feel can really compliment an ultra modern home like this. This bespoke build in the suburbs of London required 3D visuals to gain planning and outline it's use as a family home and office space. Even by our standards this is a cool architectural visualisation oozing style!

We produced this CGI as our client wanted to show off the site entrance. The majority of this site is residential so an important part of our clients brief was to show potential home buyers the close proximity to the newly built convenience store, coffee shop, hairdressers and other independant businesses. 

This CGI was actually the show home on this site. The large open space to the front of the house and the high quality building materials are all featured in this marketing image. If you look closely you can even see the planted sedum on the porch roof. CG virtual photography can achieve the perfect sales brochure regardless of weather or delays in construction.

We produced a set of property development visuals for a joint venture between a new property developer and an established estate agency. The large north west based estate agency is handling all of the marketing side of things while the developer focuses on the construction and and keeping the build quality to a high standard. As the agency, developer and ourselves are all based locally (South Manchester) we were able to understand this project perfectly allowing for high end visualisations to be turned around quickly and accurately.

Here is an architectural visualisation of a property being developed by a Manchester based property company. This spacious and luxurious home is being built in the South East and only has a short journey into central London. We produced this building CGI allowing the architects client to see exactly how the final house will look. The production of an exterior CGI actual helped in finalising the details as well as with marketing the property off-plan.

This is a CGI produced to market an old hospital buildings in Ironbridge; the existing Victorian building is to be renovated and turned into a slection apartments and houses. We produced this architectural visualisation for a property development company based in Shropshire.

This CGI is of a house yet to be built in the wealthy golden triangle of Cheshire. It was essential to have an architectural visualistion for the marketing of this land to begin; as anything but a 3D render would not be able to accurately show a final build and the lands full potential.

This architectural visualisation is currently being used for an online brochure and website marketing. A large family home within commuting distance of London which required visuals for the competitive housing market. In producing this 3D house render I think we really did it justice.

This 3D property visualisation is of a new build office space in London. We have used a mixture of different light sources to bring this architectural visualisation to life. Without this contrast in lighting this type of property CGI could really suffer.

This architectural visualisation is of a terraced apartment building. The property developers site (based in Norfolk, South East England) was only part constructed while these 3D visualisation were being produce - hence the need for off-plan marketing visuals.

With an increase in demand for shared ownership and affordable housing even small properties benefit from from marketing visuals - whether that be an interior apartment CGI or a bungalow CGI. This computer generated visualisation was part of a set of visuals we produced for a property developer based in the East of England.

This architectural visual is of a street of semi-detached homes; all given their own style with different colour renders, window surrounds and front doors. These simple variations really make this look like a quaint and pretty place to live. This architectural CGI is a great way to show a property in context and give a feel of the site yet to be developed.

This CGI was produced from AutoCAD architectural plans for a house yet to be built in Norfolk; the fact that we are a CGI studio based in Manchester didn't stop us from including all of the minor details. In this visualisation the post box, the exterior light were modeled specifically to match the property developers specifications. Our eye for detail takes out marketing visuals to the next level.

This CGI of a rendered terrace block of housing was produced for a housing provider in England. Although a relatively small development the marketing team requested this architectural visualisation to aid selling the homes off-plan - rather than waiting for the construction to be completed.

This architectural visualisation is of an old victorian hospital which is to be renovated in new apartments and houses by the property developer. This visual is fully computer generated including the gardens and surrounding site, the CGI people models and the building itself.

This CGI is a great showcase for the level of detail which can be included in architectural visualisations. It is these details which add to the realism and over quality of a 3D render.

This house CGI was produced for a property developer in South West England. We were commisioned by a local marketing agency to produce these architectural visualisations to be used in marketing materials - such as brochures as well as to populate the developers new website and social media platforms.

This apartment block CGI is an image we produced for a developer in Scotland. It is part of a much larger site including shops, offices and houses. As the whole site was 3D modelled for this property development we could easily produce an in context property visualisation within the street scene CGI.

This apartment CGI was one of a large set of architectural visualisations for a large property developer. Built in Cheshire with only a two hour commute to London and minutes to Manchester city centre these certainly are desirable homes. To match the great location we of course had to produce some lovely property visualisations for the marketing brochures.

Property marketing visuals don't have to be just about images of the properties for sale. It is just as important to show the surrounding areas. Any family with young children would love to know there is a safe and green space right near their new home.

We produced a number of house CGI's for a luxury property development on the outskirts of Birmingham. Our high end 3D visuals allowed potential buyers to see and feel just how the completed large family home would look.

This CGI street view was produced for a property marketing brochure. We produced multiple house type visualisations to place within this street scene, we feel the final 3D render came out looking really impressive. As this development is only around the corner from us in Manchester we pass it regularly and see just how accurate the final visuals are.

This CGI was produced for a first time property developer based on the Manchester side of the Peak District. The properties themselves are actually being built in Derbyshire. As this area is quite rural we included representative ‘country’ views within all of the CGIs produced for this client. The marketing materials now use these 3D renders as the centerpiece across the website, social media. property sales website and estate agencies. We ensured we matched the lime stone bricks as closely as possible within these visuals for a photoreal finish.

These small houses are given a really upmarket feel with the building finishes; primarily the doors and windows. The lighting set up in a CGI can really add to this feel; a late afternoon shot replicating what photographers call the 'golden hour' can transform an image from average to desirable. This was part of a larger set of CGIs produced for off-plan marketing materials across websites and brochures.

This house CGI was produced for a property developer based in Birmingham, however the actual site itself is in Cornwall. The CGIs we produced for this site have been used for marketing across websites, sales offices and social media. We include as much detail as possible in our 3D visualisations not only the architectural elements but also the planting exterior lighting as well as the wider site.

This is an architectural visualisation we produced for a house in Kent. This 3D property render has been produced for marketing purposes; it will feature on the property developers website as well as in the glossy brochure.

This is a 3D computer generated render of a rendered house. CGI is a great way to show off unique or desirable building materials. The wooden cladding and the white rendered elevations are represented accurately. The inclusion of solar panels within this visualisation show the potential buyer exactly what is being included in this energy efficeint new build home.

Homes come in all different shapes, sizes and even colours. This development in Scotland has a huge variety of houses; many of which are rendered. The main building in this CGI has been rendered in a sandalwood colour. It certainly makes for a good looking visualisation!

Bespoke property marketing visuals are a great way of selling property off-plan. The can be used within printed brochures as well as on the developers and estate agents websites. This architectural visualisation was produced for an off-plan brochure for a new site in the South of Britain. The 3d render has be modeled accurately for the specific plot; including the surround site and even the CGI planting.

This CGI is part of a small development of 4 houses being built by a housing provider. We produced this street scene visual alongside a bird's eye view CGI and a 3D render of a detached house. The location is key with these affordable houses with reasonable access into London. The client stressed that accuracy was key in producing these off-plan architectural visualisations. 

This is the daytime CGI of an apartment building in green Cheshire. This is part of a set of visuals produced off-plan for a property marketing campaign. It's sister visual is a dusky nighttime CGI. Both of the 3D renders looks great especially when placed next to each other. Having two shots complient each other in this way more than doubles the impact of a single architectural visualisation.
